Diameter, every metre Laser gauges on each of the 50+ lines hold ± 0.02 mm; out-of-band filament never reaches a spool.
Strength, every batch Tensile and Charpy impact on injection-moulded specimens from each batch, published on the product page.
Dry before it ships In-line drying and vacuum sealing with desiccant; melt-flow checks catch moisture before winding.
