What we collect
Order details you give us through an order request or contact form (name, email, company, shipping address, what you asked for); categorical analytics events about how pages are used, when analytics is configured; and shopping preferences saved in your browser. Cart SKU quantities are sent to our order service when checkout checks prices; contact and delivery details are sent when you submit an order request.
Why
To ship orders, answer questions, send the newsletter you opted into, and understand which pages help people print better. We do not sell personal data.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the storefront and its request gateway. Our order service stores submitted orders and account information, and our email provider delivers requested messages. Stripe, PayPal or a USDT payment service processes payment information when that method is configured and selected. Optional Google analytics is not currently configured.
Browser storage
Your cart, saved materials, printer preference and refill list stay on this device. Private session cookies maintain account and guest-order access. Checkout uses a temporary request identifier and digest to recover interrupted submissions; it does not save your address or email in browser storage.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link. Optional analytics is currently not configured. We will update this notice and applicable choices before enabling it.
