About FilamentBay
FilamentBay is the direct-to-printer brand of Ultraline 3D Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2015 in Shunde, Guangdong: a national high-tech enterprise that develops, manufactures and sells 3D printing materials worldwide.
The factory
A 20,000 m² manufacturing base with more than 200 staff, dozens of fully automatic high-precision extrusion lines, twin-screw compounding, precision injection moulding for spools, an in-house R&D zone and warehouse logistics. Monthly capacity reaches 1,000 tons of finished filament, which is what lets a US warehouse stay stocked.
Ultraline 3D supplies several leading printer brands and distributors as a long-term partner. FilamentBay is the same material sold under our own name, with our own lab data on every page.
Core technology
In-house formulations. Every core formula is developed by the materials team, with a mature library across PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PC, ESD, glass- and carbon-fiber reinforced grades.
Benchmarked against the majors. Moisture content, layer adhesion, warping, high-speed printability, strength and weather resistance are tuned to meet or exceed the leading international brands.
