Which PLA should I start with?
Basic PLA is a useful first candidate for a compatible machine. Compare Matte, Silk and Wood for appearance; test PLA+ against basic PLA rather than assuming a measured toughness advantage.
Will the spools work in a Bambu Lab AMS?
Spool dimensions fit, but material feeding differs: the 1 kg spool is 200 mm × 65 mm with a 54 mm hub, inside the AMS window. Flexible TPU goes on the external spool holder, except 72D on an A1 or A1 mini, whose AMS lite lists 55D and harder as usable.
Where are the TDS and slicer profiles?
The settings hub lists generated starting files, manual worksheets and withdrawn mappings by material and format. The evidence register identifies source documents; a batch TDS is available only if confirmed through a request.
