Order and dispatch sequence

1. Submit the grade, color and quantity you need.
2. Review the confirmation of stock or preorder status, shipping, tax, payment link and estimated dispatch.
3. Pay only after those details meet your needs. For time-sensitive work, confirm the required date in writing.
4. Keep the order reference and carrier information. Carrier transit time is distinct from order preparation.

Mixed in-stock and preorder requests

Ask whether the order should wait or ship in separate parts. Confirm any additional shipping cost and the date for each part before payment. A preorder label never inherits the in-stock estimate.

Start a return or report a problem

1. Send your order reference, SKU/lot, quantity and reason through the contact form or email.
2. For damage or a suspected material defect, include photos and relevant print conditions. Do not send payment information.
3. Obtain the return authorization, destination and label instructions before sending the parcel; the factory correspondence address is not an automatic return address.
4. Keep the tracking record. Ask for the inspection and refund-processing estimate in the return confirmation; no fixed refund completion date is promised here.

Unopened, sealed spools remain subject to the published 30-day policy. Your confirmation explains the next action and who handles the shipping label.
