Short version: 2–5 business days from the US warehouse, free over $35, 30-day returns on sealed spools, replacements for anything that prints wrong.

How fast is delivery?
Orders leave the US warehouse within one business day and arrive in 2–5 business days by ground in the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada ship at cost.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders over $35 in the contiguous US. Below that, a flat $5.99.
Can I return a spool?
Unopened, vacuum-sealed spools can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; we email a prepaid label. Opened spools that print badly: send a photo and the batch number and we replace them.
What if the box arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and spools before opening and email us within 48 hours. We reship immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Canada, UK, EU and Australia at carrier cost from the US warehouse. Duties and VAT are collected by the carrier on delivery.
