TPU FAQ

Which TPU should I buy first?
95A. It prints on direct-drive and most Bowden printers, feels clearly rubbery and covers phone cases, bumpers and insoles.
Which grades need direct drive?
85A and 90A. 95A works on Bowden at 20–30 mm/s; 98A and 72D print on any extruder.
Which TPU works in a Bambu Lab AMS?
Only 72D. Bambu Lab lists TPU below 55D as unsupported; print 85A–98A from the external holder.
Do all grades dry the same way?
Yes: 55 °C for 4 hours. Do not exceed 65 °C or 8 hours.
