Are there any printing requirements?
Direct drive is recommended for 85A and 90A; other grades still require a feed-path and process check. No blanket Bowden compatibility or drying endpoint is validated. Check the grade, spool and dryer limits, then use a controlled test.
What is the difference between 85A, 90A, 95A, 98A and 72D?
Shore hardness. 85A is the softest (running-shoe sole), 95A is the all-rounder (cart wheel), 98A is firm (tyre tread) and 72D is hard and abrasion-resistant (hard hat). The analogies are illustrative; compare the same geometry and inspect the feed path before selecting a grade.
How strong is TPU?
Tensile strength is 30 MPa across the ladder; what changes is stiffness and elongation, from over 1100 % at 85A to over 700 % at 72D.
Will the spools work in an AMS?
Only 72D, and only in the AMS lite on an A1 or A1 mini, where Bambu lists "55D or higher" as usable. On the full-size AMS its guidance is to avoid flexible material entirely, so all five grades use the external holder there.
Where are the TDS and slicer profiles?
The settings hub lists generated starting files, manual worksheets and withdrawn mappings by material and format. The evidence register identifies source documents; a batch TDS is available only if confirmed through a request.
