Check your setup

External spool. Print from the external spool holder. Bambu Lab excludes 95A and softer from the AMS lite, and advises against flexible material in the full-size AMS.

Direct drive is the recommended starting arrangement. Check the feed path and test a small sample.

Features

The balance of durability and flexibility

Strikes the balance between durability and flexibility with excellent abrasion resistance. Made for functional flexible parts and protective components that must be both strong and tough.

Typical catalog values are not finished-part design allowables. Test method, conditioning, specimen orientation and batch acceptance limits require confirmation. Source and evidence status.

Frequently asked questions

Is 90A easier to print than 85A?
Its higher nominal hardness may make it a useful alternative to try, but no comparative printer validation is published. Keep geometry and process constant while evaluating feeding and flexibility.
What does 90A mean?
Shore A hardness. 90A sits between a shoe sole (85A) and a shopping-cart wheel (95A).
Do I need to dry it before printing?
Popping and stringing can have several causes. Check moisture and print conditions separately. The listed drying values are supplier suggestions, not verified endpoints; confirm the grade, spool and dryer limits before heating. See the drying guide for a controlled workflow.
