ESD-grade candidate — electrical qualification pending

A supplier-designated ESD-grade polyester composite offered for sample evaluation. Surface and volume resistance, conditioning and printed-part electrical performance have not been published. Do not specify it for an ESD-controlled process until suitable test evidence is available.

Frequently asked questions

What surface resistance does it reach?
No verified resistance range is published. Request the method, conditioning, specimen details and batch result before deciding whether it meets your ESD process requirements.
Does the spool fit a Bambu Lab AMS?
Our 1 kg plastic spool is 200 mm outer diameter and 65 mm wide with a 54 mm hub, inside the width and diameter Bambu Lab lists for the AMS. Check the feeder label for the selected material. Wood and composite grades use the external holder, as does TPU on the full-size AMS. TPU 72D can use AMS lite.
Do I need to dry it before printing?
Popping and stringing can have several causes. Check moisture and print conditions separately. The listed drying values are supplier suggestions, not verified endpoints; confirm the grade, spool and dryer limits before heating. See the drying guide for a controlled workflow.
